Billing questions
Is GST included in the price shown?+
No. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate. You get a proper tax invoice for the subscription.
What counts as a staff account?+
Anyone who logs in at the counter — a manager or a cashier. The owner is separate and isn't counted against the staff limit, so a plan listing one staff account gives you two logins in total.
Can I add a second shop later?+
Yes. Move to a plan that covers more locations and the new store is available immediately, sharing the same item catalogue while keeping its own stock and sales.
What happens if I stop paying?+
Billing is not automatic — you renew when the period ends and we remind you before it does. If a subscription lapses, your data stays exactly where it is and the features that were included at a lower level keep working.
